About the Program

This one-day workshop is designed to provide physician groups and independent practice associations with practical QI tools and techniques to measurably improve clinical care and patient experience measures in the new CMS Stars ratings for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries. This is the first of a series of follow-up conferences, closely coordinated with the California Association of Physician Groups' (CAPG) efforts, that will go progressively deeper "under the hood" to equip physician group QI leaders with immediately useful tools.

Benefits

Participants will take away effective change ideas, tools, resources, and strategies to improve performance on the Medicare Advantage Stars clinical and survey measures. In addition, participants will leave with a custom action plan for the next 6 months to improve 2012 Stars measures, and a longer term strategy to redesign care delivery for their senior patient population.
